Title: A Monologue Space

Category: Film, Interactive Design

-What does time mean to you?

-What does meaningful time mean to you?

-How can we appreciate the beauty of solitude?

Monologue Space: A conversation between me and myself,  is an experimental installation. Time is interpreted differently when one spends time alone. In this isolated space, the user is able to visually interact with time—an obscure subject which can be paused, stretched, forwarded by interacting with the canvas. Rotating wheels, ticking clock, running sink and spinning fans represent the passing of time.

I directed and shot a film that celebrates the beauty of solitude by recording a person's journey when he spends his time alone. The beautiful details of the surrounding are captured along the way. On the other side of the panel in the cubicle is an interactive panel in which the user is able to touch and to feel.
